Shipping policy
We do our best to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours after purchase!
Pre-orders are shipped a day or two upon release (depends on when shipment is received).
The estimated delivery is within 3-5 business days. However, please keep in mind, delays may occur. This could be due to weather or staff shortages within the delivery servicer. Once your order is in the hands of the delivery servicer, please use your tracking number for updates!

Shipment & Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If you suspect your package was lost or stolen after delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim:
USPS — usps.com
UPS — ups.com
FedEx — fedex.com
We do not replace or refund orders reported stolen after confirmed delivery. In accordance with UCC § 2-509 (Risk of Loss), risk of loss passes to the buyer once delivery has been completed, and we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
