Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us at: midwestcollectpoke@gmail.com.
Any cancellation request must be sent within 24 hours of the order placed. Please note that all orders are subject to a non-refundable 3% cancellation fee.
Cancellations can only be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, you must contact that payment provider in order to receive your funds. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement in most cases.
Refund Policy
If your order has been shipped, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. These returns are also subject to a 3% re-stocking fee.
If your package is returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address by the buyer, the goods will be refunded. However, any shipping costs will not be refunded and this is also subject to the 3% re-stocking fee.
Similar to canceled orders, refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.
